Rodeos' and Stuntman Wyatt

Wyatt is EVERYWHERE now. And into EVERYTHING! I'm always catching Sawyer saying, "Wyatt, no no no!" with the finger wag...really cute. I'm guessing I say it a lot. These are just a few examples of things he likes to climb. Our slide, the trampoline and Sawyers bed. He also pulls himself up on everything. From the couch to chairs to our legs. Getting down is a whole different adventure.

I couldn't find him. I looked all over the house. I kinda started to freak a little when I went back into the living room and looked to my right and there he was, quiet as a mouse just staring up and smiling. This was the first time he had climbed up on something so it was very unexpected. Little rascal.

I was in the kitchen cooking dinner and realized it was REALLY quiet. I get very nervous when that happens because it usually means trouble being brewed. But I peek around the corner and the boys are just happy as can be playing together! And to my surprise...Wyatt pulled himself up. Now he actually can climb all the way onto the bed. Oh boy.

Am I a bad person? This week on Neck-Watch...
No, that isn't Dogg the Bounty Hunter...those are women...yes. Hooray for the she-mullet!
Oh. And a really sleepy Wyatt.

Sawyer absolutely LOVED the rodeo! Not just running all over the place but actually sitting down and watching the cowboys. He would clap his hands like crazy when they came out. Ahhhh, my little hick. It might be time to move. California?

Here is what you get to look forward too when you come visit us in Kansas. Yeehaw!

Easter Fun!

Well we had a fun Easter. Two egg hunts and LOADS of candy! One with friends and one with Hedlunds. Thank you Hedlunds for the wonderful lunch and making Sawyers day with the egg hunt!! He LOVED it!! I know I always say this...but I am so glad to have family in the same town!!

Yes. My boys both have pink shirts. One of Sawyers friends told him he was wearing a girls shirt. Ha!

Easter morning. Sawyers eyes are red and puffy because he had been crying. I don't even remember why now...he's two, probably for no reason at all.

We have a slide in our living room right now. Jim is going to build the boys a fun sandbox/playset...if we ever see him again. He works SO MUCH!!! Here are some of the kids after the egg hunt. Love you Lyllian and Jana!!

And the 3 boys! Wyatt, Bodey and Adam. All within a couple weeks of each other. Cute, huh?

Giggles

There is nothing Sawyer likes more than getting Wyatt to laugh...and neither doI.

Play-dough and basketball

Watching basketball with daddy.

Most of Sawyers therapy is just play. Today we got out the play-dough and he decides to grab some pipe-cleaners and cookie-cutters to build this wonderful piece...his "teacher" Roxie was very proud of him and says he's making amazing progress with his speech. I think he says a new word everyday and we're so excited that he can finally start telling us what he wants! No more guessing!! My favorite..."MINE!" Though I'm sure it will get old really fast. For now he says it and then starts giggling as he walks away with whatever was "his"...

Kids Are Funny

Well this is probably the kind of thing that only amuses a mom...I find it hilarious...
He makes different "voices" for his different dinosaurs. Kids are funny to watch when they think your not.

Yes, Wyatt is eating popcorn. But only the soft part. He will crawl any distance to get some too.

This was Wyatt's first experience on a swing...
